Iron Age Manufacturing delivered a full custom metalwork package for the Netflix production facility in Vancouver, collaborating with Novacom Building Partners Ltd. on a commercial scope requiring precision fabrication, durability, and seamless installation.

The project included the fabrication and installation of custom mesh guardrails, engineered to provide both safety and visibility within high-traffic back-of-house areas. Our team also fabricated metal pipe light-fixture supports, integrating structural strength with clean industrial aesthetics for the facility’s technical zones.

Additional scope included wall-mounted handrails, designed for continuous stability and compliance with commercial safety standards, as well as a theatre platform and access ladder with safety gate, complete with code-compliant detailing and reinforced construction.

Each component was manufactured in our Vancouver facility using high-grade steel and precision welding techniques, ensuring long-lasting performance suited for an active production environment.
